Talk to your classmates – You have to remember that you are not the only person going through this tough time and that other people will be having exactly the same feelings as you are. As a wise man once said – ‘A problem shared is a problem halved!’
Talk to someone outside the situation – Many people will have gone through the stressful process of waiting for results including your parents or relatives. You should speak to them and get their perspective on things. They may even have some tips for you to help you relax!
Clear your mind – help yourself relax by keeping your mind free of any other stresses in your life. Take a walk in the park, have a go at playing sports or go for a bike ride. Make sure you give your brain a well-earned rest!
By sharing your worries with others you will be able to lift the weight off your shoulders and gather other people’s opinions on the situation. By keeping your mind active but clear of stress will also reduce your worries as you will feel occupied yet relaxed!
